Raw food journey update


Soaked raw organic quinoa for 8 hours. Than sprouted it for 12 hours. I put some fresh lemon juice with brags soy sauce. Diced some tomatoes with red onions, than on the a bed of argula with guac on top. Concerned about b12. It's only because the soil is depleted because of the acid rain and all the unnatural thing's that are happening in our society. That's the only thing that a raw vegan or vegan diet doesn't have. So I want to make sure i am taken care of so I can do this for the long haul!
